nokia dead at first step of flashing

i start flashing at the begining of writing after erase it stop and mobile is dead

i try to repair boot option it freez at first step at sending and verfiy signature

what the problem ??????

Hello.

There is MS bug with 640 series repair loaders. Until they not fix that - there is no way repair them over USB yet.

BTW - it can die "during" flashing only by bad cable/connection problem or weak battery.
