If you have same device than follow below steps for get this device into fastboot mode
1....Press and hold vol up key and power on devices for get into recovery
2.....In recovery there is option REBOOT TO BOOTLOADER select this option.
3....After device reboot to bootloader mode connect usb and install drivers
About drivers you dont need any special drivers
