Drivers

UpgradeDownload.exe startup folder "Download_Tool_R2.9.9015 UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 Bin"

Remove the battery out, then insert the PIN.
Hold down the Volume Down button (volume down).
Cable mounted on, remain the Volume Down key, check considered Tool has run yet?

If not, then check the Driver run, if the tool can run then release the Volume Down button.
After running successfully, it will report the Finish, you select Stop Downloading and then remove the battery cable pulled, installation and startup.
