  • UpgradeDownload.exe startup folder "Download_Tool_R2.9.9015 UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 Bin"

  • Load Package.

  • Select the file "Mobiistar.pac" in the original ROM directory.

  • Wait 1 second ...
  • Click Start Downloading.

  • Remove the battery out, then insert the PIN.
  • Hold down the Volume Down button (volume down).
  • Cable mounted on, remain the Volume Down key, check considered Tool has run yet?

  • If not, then check the Driver run, if the tool can run then release the Volume Down button.
  • After running successfully, it will report the Finish, you select Stop Downloading and then remove the battery cable pulled, installation and startup.
