Factory Reset , Remove Screen Lock
- Master Hard Reset will delete all customer data (phone book, downloads, accounts, etc.) remove all installed apps and restore the phone to its factory state.
- This will help you if you forgot your Screen Password Lock, PIN or if you have a problem with the OS or installed app.
1. Power off the phone.
2. press and hold the volume down button an connect the charger.
3. Release the button when you see the exclamation mark.
4. Press the following sequence of buttons:
• Volume Up • Volume Down • Power • Volume Down •
5. Device Restart And its Done
