It seems you have a better chance of winning the lottery than actually finding someone who genuinely wants to offer you good advice. Sad part is they will tell you for a small “fee”. However, after payment a lot of people still end up filling empty and left cheated! I know I have felt that way. Finding a person who you believe has the right “secrets” for you only to find out that the “secret” comes with an even more secret fee! Will It ever end? Where do the games stop and the truth begin? Well, as a Personal Trainer with 5+ years of experience I believe I have the answers for you.

You would be surprised how many people don’t have any type plan other than to lose weight. Now don’t get me wrong. Wanting to losereal weight loss secrets,weight loss, how to reduce arm fat weight is a good goal to have but if you don’t have any goals it can be really hard to know where you want to go. That’s like getting into a car but you don’t know where you are going. You have the ability to go wherever you want to but things get easier if you have a desired outcome. So write your goals down on where you want to be this year. Focus on your end result daily. Visualize yourself at the weight you want to be. So if your goal is to be 50 pounds lighter then visualize what that will look like. This may sound funny but believe it or not you have an image of yourself that is burned in your subconscious mind and no matter what you do you can never get past the image you have of yourself. So to change the image you have now you must give your mind a new YOU to picture! Writing your goals down and holding yourself accountable is a critical step in where taking yourself to where you want to be. However writing your goals down isn’t good enough. You have to act on your goals every single day. If you’re on a diet then stick to it. Take yourself seriously and work hard and I promise you’ll get to where you want to go!

Have you ever seen anyone in the act of getting taking advantage of? You want to chime in and say something but didn’t want to be rude so you just let it happen. Well as for me, I’m tired of seeing that happening. The only way to fix the problem is to educate yourself before talking to someone about what your next steps should be. You don’t have to be an expert on whatever subject you’re referring to, but knowing what you’re talking about will help you not get scammed for your time or money. It may take some effort but it will be really worth it in the end.

The only real secret in fitness is hard work, dedication and discipline. We have been sold on the idea that you can get something for nothing but that just isn’t true. Setting realistic goals that you can hit, having a plan to get to your end result and not stopping until you reach your destination is the only path you should stick to!
